You mention you hear her clearly, so there must be something to their thoughts that differentiates them. I think the trick might be to associate that thing to a tone of voice.
@Talin Lyra would read a book in the voice she wanted Apollo to have so that she would learn how to think in it. After that, Apollo adopted it from her. So, maybe if you tried to learn the voice first, then she'd be more easily able to do it?
What helps will depend a lot on your environment. Do not buy noise canceling headphones for a lot of high pitched random sounds, like talking or screaming. Do buy them for low droning sounds like airplane engines or air conditioners

Higher pitched are best helped with noise isolation, for which a big boon will be buying a pair of construction level noise isolating earmuffs(edited)

noise canceling will make voices worse by making them stand out from the background noise
I made one for a companion through life, I travel a lot and do lots of projects so I don't have time for a physical relationship so this works wonderfully
Any good ways to improve voice. Weve taken to regularly talking everyday for a while or so and im seeing improvement but i was wondering if there was anything thats helped you all

Like for me the main issue is that they dont seem to have opinions on very many things and it worries me that maybe ive been parroting. I dont think i am for various reasons but id all of yours opinions
It may be beneficial to attempt to force "thinking", or to practice hearing your tulpas thoughts or encouraging them to "think out loud" to the things in your day to day life.
Hey, I've had my tulpa for about a year now. Most of the time they are quiet. When they do talk though, it's almost always through emotions vs physical words. I don't mind this at all, but how do I get a tulpa that I can talk to more than once a month? I rarely hear physical words, but it does happen.
Less frequently than I used to. I used to do it near constantly, however I've had to refocus recently and now I'm getting about 1 day a week I can talk to them. Some weeknights I do too
That happened to my host. It's a bit jarring at first, bit it's more of having your tulpa get used to regular conversation first, ie waiting their turn to speak.
